Description

RS5C313 is a CMOS type real-time clock that can generate various interrupt clock pulses lasting for long periods. It is highly integrated into an ultra-compact and ultra-thin 8-pin SSOP package, making it optimum choice for equipment requiring small size and low power consumption. The oscillator halt sensing function is also implemented to ensure application to data validity at power-on and other occasions. RS5C314 reversing logic of serial clock for series goods also exists.
