Description
The 2SC4536 is a RF Transistor (BJT) model from the NE461 series. It is an NPN silicon epitaxial bipolar transistor designed for medium power applications. This transistor offers a high dynamic range, low intermodulation distortion, and a low noise figure. It provides excellent performance and reliability at a low cost due to its titanium, platinum, gold metallization system and direct nitride passivation technology. The 2SC4536 is available in both a surface mount package (SOT-89) and chip form.
