Description
The GAL16V8D-25LPN is a programmable logic device (PLD) capable of performing complex logic designs. It uses high-performance E2CMOS technology to achieve fast communication and lower power consumption compared to bipolar devices. This PLD has eight output logic macrocells with a maximum flexibility for complex logic designs, and can emulate 20-pin PAL devices with full function/fuse map/parametric compatibility. It also features a 100% functional testability, active pull-ups on all pins, and a reconfigurable logic using E2CELL technology.
