The KUSBVX-AS1N9-BL15 is a sub-femtoamp remote SourceMeter® SMU instrument designed for voltage and current sourcing and measurement in electronic components. It offers exceptional measurement integrity and sensitivity, with noise and input resistance specifications superior to electrometers. The instrument features a remote preamp that allows for direct or short connection to the signal, minimizing the effects of cable noise.
