Brief Description
R3132Q26EA3-TR-F is a CMOS-based low voltage detector IC with built-in delay circuit, high detector threshold accuracy, and ultra-low supply current. It can be operated at low voltage and is commonly used as a system reset generator. This IC consists of a voltage reference, a comparator, resistors for setting voltage detector threshold, an output driver transistor, and an output delay generator. The detector threshold is fixed internally with high accuracy and requires no adjustment. When the supply voltage crosses the detector threshold voltage, this IC generates a reset signal. The R3132Q26EA3-TR-F outputs "H" at detection mode.

- High Accuracy Output Delay Time - ±10.0%
- Low Temperature-Drift Coefficient of Detector Threshold - Typ. ±100ppm/°C
- Two Output Types - Nch Open Drain and CMOS
