Description
The Microchip Technology Inc. 24CXX, 24LCXX, 24AAXX, and 24FCXX (24XX*) devices are a family of Electrically Erased PROMs ranging from 128-bit to 512 Kbit memory. These devices have a 2-wire serial interface and can operate as low as 1.7V. They have low standby and active currents of 1 μA and 1 mA, respectively. They also have page write capability and can be connected in a bus configuration with up to 8 devices. The 24XX family is available in various packages, including PDIP, SOIC, TSSOP, MSOP, SOT-23, and DFN, all of which are Pb-free.
