    The CY7C144AV-25AXIT is a low-power CMOS 8K/16K x 8 dual-port static RAM. It is a true dual-ported memory cell that allows simultaneous access to the same memory location. With a 0.35-micron complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS), it provides optimum speed and power. The CY7C144AV-25AXIT has a high-speed access of 25 ns and consumes low operating power, with 115 mA typical active current and 10 μA typical standby current. It features fully asynchronous operation, automatic power-down, and expandable data bus for 16 bits or more. The on-chip arbitration logic and semaphores enable software handshaking between ports. It also has an INT flag for port-to-port communication and pin select for Master or Slave configuration. The CY7C144AV-25AXIT is available in a 64-pin thin quad flat pack (TQFP) and is also available in Pb-free packages.
