Description
Electronic Component Model: FQP7N40 is an N-Channel enhancement mode power field effect transistor. It is produced using Fairchild's proprietary, planar stripe, DMOS technology. This technology is designed to minimize on-state resistance, provide superior switching performance, and withstand high energy pulse in the avalanche and commutation mode. The FQP7N40 is well-suited for high-efficiency switch mode power supply and electronic lamp ballast based on a half-bridge.
