Description
The AP163-317LF is a high efficiency step-up DC-DC converter designed for applications requiring a fixed output voltage of 3.3V. It can start up from an input voltage as low as 0.9V with a 1mA load. With its pulse frequency modulation scheme, it delivers optimized performance for applications with light output loading and low input voltages. This converter requires only four external components, making it easy to integrate into your design. It also offers low ripple and noise compared to circuits operating in PSM mode.
