The A034 is a P-Channel Power MOS FET designed for efficient and high-speed switching applications. With its low on-state resistance and ultra high-speed switching characteristics, this IC is ideal for use in electronic devices that require energy-saving features. The small SOP-8 package also allows for high density mounting.
