Description
IS42S81600E-7TLI is a 128Mb Synchronous DRAM manufactured by ISSI. It features a high-speed data transfer using pipeline architecture and all inputs and outputs signals are referenced to the rising edge of the clock input. The SDRAM is organized with a fully synchronous design and an internal bank for hiding row access/precharge. It operates at clock frequencies of 200, 166, 143, and 133 MHz and has a LVTTL interface. The burst length is programmable with options of 1, 2, 4, 8, or full page, and the burst sequence can be set as sequential or interleave. It supports auto refresh (CBR), self-refresh, and has 4096 refresh cycles every 64 ms. The IS42S81600E-7TLI also has a programmable CAS latency of 2 or 3 clocks and supports burst read/write and burst read/single write operations. Industrial temperature availability is also provided.
