The SST29VF040-70-4I-NHE is a CMOS Small-Sector Flash (SSF) electronic component manufactured with SST's proprietary SuperFlash technology. It is organized as 512K x8 and operates with a single voltage supply of 2.7-3.6V. The split-gate cell design and thick-oxide tunneling injector provide enhanced reliability and manufacturability. With a fast read access time of 70 ns and sector-erase capability, this component offers superior performance.
