Description
The AD9956YCPZ is a direct digital synthesis (DDS) component model by Analog Devices. It is an AgileRF synthesizer that combines DDS and PLL circuitry. The device features a 14-bit DAC with a maximum operating speed of 400 MSPS and a 48-bit frequency tuning word (FTW). It also includes a phase frequency detector with scalable 200 MHz inputs, a 655 MHz CML-mode PECL-compliant driver, and programmable slew rates. With advanced DDS technology and an external VCO, the AD9956YCPZ enables the synthesis of digitally programmable, frequency-agile analog output sinusoidal waveforms up to 2.7 GHz.
