Description
The AD9913BCPZ is a complete Direct Digital Synthesizer (DDS) designed to meet low power consumption requirements for portable, handheld, and battery-powered equipment. It features a 10-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) operating at up to 250 MSPS. This device is capable of producing a frequency agile analog output sinusoidal waveform at up to 100 MHz using advanced DDS technology coupled with an internal high-speed, high-performance DAC.

- Powered by a 1.8 V power supply with software and hardware-controlled power-down options
