Description
The 0402CS-1N2XJLW is a high reliability chip capacitor designed for surface mount applications. It belongs to the C0G class, which is known for its stability and reliability. The capacitor has a voltage range of 16Vdc to 10kVdc and uses the NP0 dielectric. It undergoes special testing to ensure long-term reliability and is burned in at elevated voltage and temperature. Additionally, it is 100% physically and electrically inspected to meet strict performance criteria. This makes it suitable for precision circuitry requiring Class I stability, such as medical implanted devices, aerospace, airborne, military use, and consumer applications that require high reliability and safety margins.
The 0402CS-1N2XJLW features nickel barrier terminations, allowing for easy solder wave and reflow solder board attachment. It can also be attached using vapor phase attachment for part sizes 2225 or smaller. For hybrid use with conductive epoxy, silver-palladium terminations are also available.
