Description
The SC4437SK-3.3TRT is a four-terminal voltage reference component used for regulating isolated power supplies with very low output voltage. It serves as a replacement for three-terminal shunt regulators like SC431L in cases where the output voltage is too low to function with an opto-isolator. The SC4437SK-3.3TRT achieves this by having separate supply and output pins, allowing the output to sink current at voltages as low as 0.2V while maintaining sufficient voltage for the device to function. With a 1.6V drop through an opto-isolator diode, it enables regulation down to 1.8V output.
