Description
The ST62T52BM6 is a low-cost member of the ST62xx family of microcontrollers. It is designed for low to medium complexity applications and offers a range of on-chip peripherals. The ST62T52BM6 is an erasable EPROM version, which can also emulate the ROM-based ST62T52B and ST62T62B devices, as well as the ST6252B and ST6262B. Both the OTP and EPROM versions offer the same functionality, with the ROM-based versions allowing for programmable options defined in the option byte of the OTP/EPROM versions.

- One external Non-Maskable Interrupt
- ST626x-EMU2 Emulation and Development System (connects to an MS-DOS PC via a parallel port)
