Description
The CY7C028-12AC is a low-power CMOS 32K, 64K x 16/18 dual-port static RAM. It can be used as a standalone 16/18-bit dual-port static RAM or combined with multiple devices to function as a 32/36-bit or wider master/slave dual-port static RAM. The device features true dual-ported memory cells, allowing simultaneous access to the same memory location. It operates at high-speed, with access times of 12[1]/15/20 ns. The CY7C028-12AC has low operating power requirements, with an active current of 180 mA and a standby current of 0.05 mA. It also includes on-chip arbitration logic, semaphores for software handshaking, and INT flags for port-to-port communication. The CY7C028-12AC is available in a 100-pin TQFP package and is pin-compatible and functionally equivalent to the IDT7027.
