Description

The CAT809STBI-T is a μP supervisory circuit that monitors power supplies in digital systems. It is designed as a direct replacement for the MAX809 and MAX810 models, offering precision monitoring of various power supplies (+5.0V, +3.3V, +3.0V, and +2.5V). With two output configurations (CAT809: Active LOW reset and CAT810: Active HIGH reset), this circuit provides reliable reset functionality down to VCC = 1.0V. It has a low power supply current of 6µA and is housed in compact 3-pin SOT23 and SC70 packages, making it suitable for industrial applications operating in the temperature range of -40˚C to +85˚C.
