The VCT6973G B3 is a high-performance electronic component model that is part of the STM32F100xx value line family. It features a 32-bit ARM Cortex™-M3 RISC core operating at a frequency of 24 MHz. The component includes embedded memories, with up to 512 Kbytes of flash memory and 32 Kbytes of SRAM.
