Description

The XFC-MV is a 16,777,216 words by 72 bits synchronous dynamic RAM module, also known as the MC-4516DA726. It consists of 9 pieces of 128M SDRAM chips, specifically the µPD45128841. These modules offer high memory density and large capacity in a small form factor, without requiring surface mounting technology on the printed circuit board. In addition, decoupling capacitors are included on the power supply line to reduce noise interference.
