Description
The PWR1014A-01TN48I is a SmartORTM LDO regulator manufactured by California Micro Devices and categorized under IC chips. This regulator is designed to deliver up to 250mA load current at a fixed 3.3V output. It is equipped with an internal threshold level (usually 4.1V) that prevents the regulator from operating below the dropout voltage. Additionally, the device continuously monitors the input supply and will automatically disable the regulator when VCC falls below the threshold level. When the regulator is disabled, a low-impedance VAUX switch is enabled which allows the output to be directly powered from an auxiliary 3.3V supply.
