The MEC1-130-02-S-D-A is a card edge connector designed for electronic components. It is part of the MEC140X/1X family, which is a highly-configurable, mixed signal, advanced I/O controller architecture. The MEC1-130-02-S-D-A features a 32-bit MIPS32 M14K Microcontroller core with a closely-coupled SRAM for code and data. It also includes a secure boot-loader for downloading custom firmware images from the system's shared SPI Flash device, allowing for customization.
