Description
The S87C552-4A68-T is a single-chip 8-bit microcontroller that belongs to the 80C51 microcontroller family. It is manufactured in an advanced CMOS process and it is a derivative with the same instruction set as the 80C51. This microcontroller comes in three versions: the 83C552 with 8K bytes mask programmable ROM, the 80C552 ROM-less version of the 83C552, and the 87C552 that has 8K bytes EPROM.
