Description
The SC189ZSKTRT is a DC switching regulator that provides a synchronized, step-down function with a maximum output current of 1.5A and an input voltage range of 2.9V to 5.5V. This high-efficiency regulator is available in either a low-cost SOT23-5 package or an ultra-small 2mm x 2mm low profile package. It requires only three external filter components to allow for a complete step-down regulator solution. The device's output voltage range is factory programmed from 1.0 to 3.3V. Alternatively, the output voltage can be adjusted through the use of an external resistor divider.
