Description

The ISL6141IB is an 8-pin, negative voltage hot swap controller designed to safely insert and remove a board from a live backplane. It limits the inrush current and protects the system against short circuits with its IntelliTrip™ electronic circuit breaker and programmable current limit features. The controller operates from -20V to -80V, with a programmable over-voltage and under-voltage protection. It is compatible with ISL6140/50 and has a power good control output.
