The TQ9223C is a 3V RFIC Downconverter designed for use in high dynamic range cellular communications standards. It features a system noise figure of 2.8dB, providing excellent sensitivity and a good signal range of -11dB input IP3. The single +3V operation and low current consumption of this RF receiver IC front end make it an ideal solution for space-limited, portable and cost-competitive applications. It can operate over a RF frequency range of 800 to 1000MHz, making it suitable for use in any of the cellular and cordless telephony standards.
