Description
The IRU3138CSTR is a controller IC designed for on-board DC to DC converter applications. It provides a low-cost solution for ASIC products that require low supply voltages and high currents. Traditional linear regulators are inefficient in such cases, and the IRU3138CSTR, in conjunction with dual N-channel MOSFETs, offers an efficient alternative.
