Description
The CT-L42DU30-IS-AB is a monolithic electronic component that supports both Macintosh™ and PC serial interfaces. It features three (3) RS-232 drivers and five (5) RS-232 receivers in RS-232 mode. In Mac mode, it includes a differential driver, a single-ended inverting driver, one differential receiver, one non-inverting single-ended receiver, and one inverting single-ended receiver. The CT-L42DU30-IS-AB operates with a single +5V power supply and has a low power Shutdown mode, making it suitable for battery powered applications. The interface mode can be easily changed at any time using a mode select pin.
