  • Description

    The PS9213 is an optocoupler designed for high common mode transient immunity and low pulse width distortion. It contains a GaAlAs LED on the input side and a photo diode with a signal processing circuit on the output side, all in one chip. This product is suitable for IPM drive and has a long creepage distance of 5.5 mm minimum.

    • High-speed response (tPHL = 500 ns maximum, tPLH = 750 ns maximum)
