  • Description

    The HCPL2631SD is a dual-channel optocoupler integrated circuit with a high speed integrated photodetector, and an 850 nm AlGaAS LED. The output is strobable and features an open collector, making it ideal for wired OR outputs. With a maximum input signal of 5mA, a minimum output sink current of 13mA (fan-out of 8) can be achieved. Coupled parameters are guaranteed over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
