The ADG702LBRMZ is an analog switch/multiplexer. It is a monolithic CMOS SPST switch, designed using an advanced submicron process that provides low power dissipation, yet offers high switching speed, low on resistance, and low leakage currents. The switch has a supply voltage range of 1.8 V to 5.5 V and a typical on resistance of 2Ω. The ADG702LBRMZ has a guaranteed leakage specification up to 85°C and a -3dB bandwidth greater than 200 MHz.
