Description
The 6N136W is an electronic component in the category of transistor output optocouplers. It consists of an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to a high-speed photodetector transistor. This optocoupler features a separate connection for the bias of the photodiode, which greatly enhances its speed compared to conventional phototransistor optocouplers. It also has an internal noise shield that provides superior common mode rejection of 10kV/µs. Additionally, the 6N136W has an improved package that allows for a higher working voltage of 480V, surpassing the industry standard of 220V.
