Description
The MAX77663AEWJ+T is an inverting switching regulator that delivers high efficiency over a wide range of load currents. It uses a unique current-limited, pulse-frequency-modulated (PFM) control scheme to achieve high efficiency while consuming less than 100µA of supply current. With an input range of 3V to 16.5V and a switching frequency of 300kHz, it offers a maximum output power of 5W. The output voltage can be set to -5V (MAX774), -12V (MAX775), -15V (MAX776), or it can be adjusted.
