The VT7160 is an electronic component model in the IC Chips product category. It is a member of the Cypress Synchronous Burst SRAM family that utilizes high-speed, low-power CMOS designs with advanced double-layer polysilicon and double-layer metal technology. The memory cell of each VT7160 consists of four transistors and two high-valued resistors.
