Description
The CNY17F-3X001 is a transistor output optocoupler that enables signal transmission between two electrically separated circuits. The optocoupler is composed of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode and a silicon planar phototransistor detector in a plastic plug-in DIP-6 package. The device is designed with a maximum permissible reference voltage to prevent potential differences between circuits from exceeding acceptable levels.
