Description
The LT1765EFE-5 is a monolithic buck switching regulator with a frequency of 1.25MHz. It features a high-efficiency 3A, 0.09 switch and all the control circuitry required to build a high-frequency, current mode switching regulator. With current mode control, it provides a quick transient response and excellent loop stability.
