Description
The AMS3106AM1-2.5PG is a low dropout fixed voltage regulator, which is suitable for battery powered applications with low quiescent current, low dropout and low standby current. It has an output current of 500mA and a wide supply voltage range of 1.5V to 15V. The device has a high precision 0.6V voltage reference that enables it to provide very low output voltages. The AMS3106 series also includes internal current limiting and thermal shutdown.
