The IC41LV16100S-50TIG is a high-performance CMOS Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) with a capacity of 1,048,576 x 16 bits. It features an accelerated cycle access called EDO Page Mode, allowing for 1,024 random accesses within a single row with an access cycle time as short as 20 ns per 16-bit word. The IC41LV16100S-50TIG is designed for use in 16- and 32-bit wide data bus systems and has TTL compatible inputs and outputs. It is available in a JEDEC standard pinout and can operate with a single power supply of either 5V ± 10% or 3.3V ± 10%, depending on the variant.
