The MIC1815-20UTR is a microprocessor supervisory circuit designed to monitor power supplies in microprocessor-based systems. It is an inexpensive component that ensures system stability and reliability by asserting a reset if the power supply drops below a designated reset threshold level. The MIC1815-20UTR is specifically designed for 3.3V powered systems and offers different reset threshold levels to accommodate a 10% or 20% drop in power supply voltage.

The MIC1815-20UTR features precision voltage monitoring for 10% or 20% drop in 3.3V power supplies. It remains valid with VCC as low as 1V and has a low supply current of 5µA.
