Description
The MBM29LV200BC-90PFTN is an 8M-bit, 3.0 V-only Flash memory that can be programmed in-system with the standard system 3.0 V VCC supply. It is organized as 256K bytes of 8 bits each or 128K words of 16 bits each. The device comes in 48-pin TSOP(I) and 44-pin SOP packages. The MBM29LV200BC-90PFTN is compatible with JEDEC-standard commands and uses the same software commands as E2PROMs. It has a sector erase architecture and supports sector protection. The device has a high performance with a maximum access time of 70 ns. It also features automatic sleep mode and erase suspend/resume.
