The ZNBG3117Q20TC is a GaAs and HEMT FET bias device designed for satellite receiver LNBs, PMR cellular telephones, and other applications. This device provides bias for up to three FETs, with dynamic FET protection and a regulated negative rail generator. It is compliant with ASTRA control specifications and comes in a QSOP surface mount package.
