Maxwell Technologies’ OP400BIES is a radiation-hardened monolithic quad operational amplifier microcircuit. It is designed for space missions and features a high total dose tolerance of greater than 100 krad (Si). The OP400BIES utilizes Maxwell's RAD-PAK® packaging technology, ensuring its durability in harsh operating conditions. With an extremely low input offset voltage of no less than 150 mV and a drift of under 1.2 mV/°C, it provides reliable performance across the military temperature range. Additionally, the OP400BIES has low power consumption, drawing less than 725 µ A per amplifier.
