Description
The RT9262PS is a compact, high efficient, step-up DC/DC converter designed for IC Chips. It features an adaptive current mode PWM control loop, providing stable and high efficient operation over a wide range of load currents. The RT9262PS operates in both continuous and discontinuous current modes, eliminating the need for external compensation. With a low start-up input voltage below 1V, it is suitable for 1 to 4 battery cell applications, providing up to 400mA output current. The high switching rate of 550kHz minimizes the size of external components, while the low quiescent current of 17μA and high efficiency ensures long battery lifetime.
