Description
The V393 is a micropower dual CMOS voltage comparator designed for electronic components. It has an extremely low power consumption of 9µA typ/comparator, which is 20 times less than the bipolar LM393 model. The V393 offers similar performances as the dual micropower comparator TS3V3702, which has a push-pull CMOS output. The response times of the V393 remain similar to the LM393.
