RP65C02F is an electronic component model in the IC chips category. It is a 6A, 400V-600V hyper-fast dual diode that is suitable for various power switching applications, but mainly for use as freewheeling/clamping diodes, rectifiers, and power switching circuits in a variety of switching power supplies.
Specifications and features
The hyper-fast dual diode has soft recovery characteristics with a recovery time of less than 30ns, which is half the recovery time of ultra-fast diodes. It is silicon nitride passivated ion-implanted hepaticas planar constructed. It has low stored charge and ultra-fast soft recovery to minimize ringing and electrical noise in power switching circuits, thus reducing power loss in the switching transistors. It can withstand a reverse voltage of up to 600V and operate at a temperature of 175°C. Furthermore, it is avalanche energy rated and its related literature is TB334 "Guidelines for Soldering Surface Mount Components to PC Boards."
