The RT8841AGQW is a 4/3/2/1-phase synchronous buck controller with 2 integrated MOSFET drivers for VR11 CPU power application. It utilizes differential inductor DCR current sense for phase current balance and active voltage positioning. Other features of the RT8841AGQW include adjustable operating frequency, adjustable soft start, power good indication, external error-amp compensation, over voltage protection, over current protection, and enable/shutdown for various applications. It is packaged in a small footprint WQFN-40L 6x6 package.Specifications and features
