The MIC5235-1.8YM5 is a 150mA highly accurate, low dropout regulator designed for USB and portable electronics applications. It has a wide input voltage range of 2.3V to 24V and ultra-low ground current. The MIC5235-1.8YM5 is suitable for use with 1-cell, 2-cell, or 3-cell Li-Ion battery inputs.
