The SST5485 is a n-channel JFET electronic component designed for high-performance amplification, especially at high frequencies up to and beyond 400 MHz. It belongs to the 2N/SST5484 series and comes in TO-226AA (TO-92) and TO-236 (SOT-23) packages. These packages offer low-cost options and can be used in automated assembly processes with tape-and-reel packaging.
