Electronic Component Model: M2018S2A2G30 is a toggle switch manufactured by NKK Switches. It features an antirotation design, which is standard on noncylindrical levers. The toggle has two flatted sides that fit into a complementary opening inside the bushing, providing a secure fit. The switch also has an antijamming design that protects the contacts from damage due to excessive downward force on the actuator. The high torque bushing construction prevents rotation or separation from the frame during installation. Additionally, the switch has high insulating barriers that increase isolation of circuits in multipole devices and provide added protection to contact points. The molded diallyl phthalate case of the switch has a UL flammability rating of 94V-0. The epoxy sealed terminals prevent the entry of solder flux and other contaminants. Prominent external insulating barriers further increase insulation resistance and dielectric strength. The switch has an interlocked actuator block, lever, and interior guide to prevent switch failure due to biased lever movement. The frame is clinched to the case well above the base and terminals, providing a 1,500V dielectric strength.
